maria  Maria Surace Davis, RN, BSN

  Owner/Director of Operations

Maria, company co-founder, also serves in the capacity of Director of Operations. Prior work experiences include New York University, New Port Richey, Community Medical Center, Mercy & Mid Valley hospitals. Particular practice areas at these facilities include med-surgery, intensive care and emergency trauma medicine.

Manager Social Services & Development

Dr. Bacinelli holds a Masters in Social Work and a PhD in Human Development. Professional experiences during his 30+ year career includes university teaching as well as direct care and management experiences in child welfare, hospice, home health, counseling, special needs and program development. In addition to overseeing social service staff, Dr. Bacinelli chairs the Ethics Committee and assists in overall program management and development efforts. He is currently serving as President of the Lackawanna County Interagency Council and is a member of the NEPA Aging Network Alliance’s board of directors.


Dr. Wayne L. Weston, MDDr. Wayne L. Weston, MD

Dr. Wayne L. Weston, MD, serves as Medical Director for hospice and the physician house call program. A graduate of Villanova University, he earned a medical degree in internal medicine from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. A member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, he has served as Lackawanna County Medical Society president. Dr. Weston has 25+ years of experience in providing health care to residents of Northeast PA.

Finance Manager

Charlene is a graduate of McCann School’s accounting program. She worked for Blue Cross/Blue Shield for a number of years and as a Finance Manager from 2005 to present. Charlene joined the HHCP team in June 0f 2015.

Hospice Chaplain/Volunteer Coordinator

Rev. Munley, an ordained Minister, holds a Bachelor of Education from Marywood University & is a member of the National Christian Counselor’s Association. He has served as Associate Pastor of Community Worship Bible Church & is author of the book  ‘The Church in America is Dying…But is All Hope Lost?’  He volunteers as a Chaplain for the Keystone Rescue Mission and is Lead Pastor and founder of the Rescue & Restore church, Olyphant, PA.


  Carly Lapiers, MSW, LSW

Medical Social Worker/Bereavement Coordinator

Carly holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from College Misericordia and a Master’s degree from Marywood University’s School of Social Work.  A PA Licensed Social Worker, work experiences include hospice, home health and nursing home. Carly is a strong advocate for our patients and their family members!


taraTara O’Neill, BSW

Medical Social Worker/Volunteer Coordinator

Tara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Marywood University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Mu, the National Social Work Honor Society. Prior to joining our team, Tara served as a Medical Social Worker at Marian Community Hospital. Additionally, she once served as the Director of Social Work at an area nursing facility.


allyAllyson Bilinsky

Billing Manager

Allyson is a graduate of Lakeland Junior – Senior HS and holds an Associates degree as a Medical Assistant Technician from Allied Medical & Technical Institute. She has been with HHCP, Inc. since 2011.
